贮藏条件为10 mM TrI HCl（pH 7.5）；100 mM NaCl；0.1 mM EDTA；7 mM 2-巯基乙醇；200μg/ml牛血清白蛋白；50%甘油；储存在-20℃。

用DN**段的酶90%进行5倍过量消化后结扎可以结扎。其中的50%个可以再剪除。

在37℃下，用1μgλDNA和10μA酶孵育16小时后，检测到非特异性Hyrasists无非特异性的活性。

甲基化敏感性未经测试的甲基化效应

在65℃下孵育20分钟，使失活酶失活。
